Dr. Maricel V. Maffini is an Independent Consultant based in Maryland, US. Her work focuses on human and environmental health and chemical safety, regulation and policy. Before becoming a consultant, she was senior scientist at Natural Resources Defense Council and The Pew Charitable Trusts, and a Research Assistant Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine.
