Pamela Miller is a co-chair of the IPEN-International Pollutants Elimination Network, and a co-founder and Executive Director of Alaska Community Action on Toxics (ACAT). She was granted the 2023 Lifetime Achievement Award by the Alaska Conservation Foundation.
