Curating journalism that drives the discussion
EHN.org and The Daily Climate are publications of Environmental Health Sciences (EHS).
EHS is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that advances endocrine disruption science and public understanding of its effects on human and environmental health. We provide science-based information on endocrine-disrupting chemicals and related environmental factors that influence the health of our communities.
Today, EHN curates and shares outstanding environmental journalism from trusted sources around the world. Each week we review hundreds of stories about health, pollution, energy, nature, and environmental justice, selecting the most relevant and thought-provoking pieces for our readers.
Our History
Since 2002, Environmental Health Sciences has published environmental health and climate reporting through EHN.org and The Daily Climate. Over the years, our journalists produced groundbreaking stories that won dozens of national and regional awards and helped shape the conversation around environmental health and justice.
While we no longer produce original reporting, we are proud of our two-decade legacy of award-winning journalism, which remains available in our archives.
Editorial Board (2002-2025)
From 2002 to 2025, the Editorial Board of EHN.org and The Daily Climate grounded our work in science, integrity, and a commitment to the public interest—championing evidence-based public policy and environmental health without partisanship. Those same principles continue to guide our work today, ensuring that our advocacy remains factual and trusted.
Why We Share News From Across Perspectives

We get this question a lot.
We review and curate hundreds of stories and opinion pieces on vital issues every week involving health, pollution, nature, energy, and more. Passions run high on these topics, and both science and politics can be contentious.
We have a high opinion of our readership; we don't believe that you need to be protected from exposure to news perspectives or opinions with which you may disagree. Our assumption is that we do our job best by showing you a broad sampling of what's being written and reported on the topics we all care about.
You may not like everything we post, but, as stewards of credible environmental information, we're committed to showing you the whole picture.
Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

EHS and all of our staff bring an equity-rooted focus to our work contextualizing science, improving our health, and making our environment safer and more sustainable for all.
Please visit the Environmental Health Sciences website to see our organization's broader commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
