DOJ: W.Va. governor's coal company may be unable to pay court-imposed sanctions

A U.S. attorney is seeking to depose employees and representatives of Justice Energy to help locate potential assets to satisfy a $1.2 million civil contempt sanction, but company lawyers suggested Justice Energy might be unable to pay.
